Heres the fabled missing half of the game - the extra city - available for those who sign up and register at the online store.
1. Unpack release.
2. Copy over the file to:
(My) ********sElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3Downloads
If that path does not exist, be sure to run the game
once through the launcher.
3. Install the addon using the launcher.
4. Enjoy! )
