Com. Manager in JAMIN is Not Working

Hi Guys, Pls. help me with this,
I have Jamin and the com. manager is not working (the device give me a messeige that COM Manag. has an error) so I can't synchronize to PC. Many service centers has told me that I have to format my mobile, but the problem is that how can I take backup for my messges and contacts, I have spb installed but it's asking for registration key.
again pls remember that I can't use active sync. Please advice.

why you cant use actyve sync is the com mangaer cose this problem

You r right my friend, cus of the Comm Manager, the Active Sync is not working, any suggestions??????

ok did you try hard reset
i think you post here asking same quastion and you dont want to do harde reset cose you wanna backup your phone and you have spb backup and you need regestration key
send me your version to look for serial
