أخواني رجائي لكم هذا الكتاب لم أجده إلا غير مجاني وهو عبارة عن سلسلة من 12 كتاب في الأشعة وهو باللغة الفرنسية واسمه

This book is aimed at medical students just starting out in a basic radiology course. I was looking for a book for use by a primary care physician, out in practice, for help in sharpening skills a bit in order to better read some of those films that may be more difficult for the primary care physician. Not really enough radiographs, lots of text--fine if that is what you are looking for.
