Write a simple program to print rectangles on the screen. The program must accept two variables from the user. The user may stop program operation by entering the sentinel value 99. The first value entered is the length of the rectangle, and the second value is the width of the rectangle. The program should only accept values between 80 and 25 other values will not be accepted.
