Just to make it clear, I want to inform you that the installation of windows mobile 5 is not through CD that you can buy like Desktop computers and XP or Vista for example. The windows 5 or 6 should be specifically written for the device it would be installed on it, in what is called ROM which cann't be installed on another device and if done may render the non-matching device unrecoverable and dead. So the only way to change the language properly is to install ROM upgrade utility RUU file from the manufacturing company which is in your case, CASIO. Here is a link that you may check with possibility to send the company an eamil. The ROMs probagated here and in most forums are for HTC devices and to little extent other manufacturer, but not Casio
