MPH Firmware Launcher v1.3.7u2 Patch

This version allows the use of L+R+SELECT to load the real/hardware original Sony UMD. The u1 version of Miemt11’s patch added the ability to use L+R+START to quit emulation, as well as reducing the overall eboot size by 30kb.
