مرحبا اخواني واخواتي الاطباء انا حبيت افيدكم بموضوع المعادله الكنديه وكنت حاب

اساعدكم في هذا الموضوع لاني ولله الحمد انهيت الجزء الاول بنجاح واستعد للجزء الثاني

اللي محتاج اي معلومه انا مستعد يكتب سواله وانا اجاوبه .

وهاذي شويه معلومات عنها

المعادلة الكندية بطبيعة الحال تنقسم الى 3 أقسام زي الامريكية بالضبط لكن احب اكتبها في نقاط:

أولا: مراحل المعادلة الكندية:

المرحلة الأولى: وهي امتحان نظري بنظام ام سي كي زي المعادلة الامريكية بالضبط مع الاختلاف في المنهج اللي هوضحه بعدين. والمرحلة دي يشترط فيها النجاح فقط وليس الحصول على مجموع حيث انها pass or fail.

المرحلة الثانية: وهي امتحان يدخله من نجح في المرحلة الأولى وهي تكون معقدة وأصعب من المرحلة الاولى من حيث الامتحان والصعوبة والمرحلة دي هي اللي بيكون فيها سكور .

المرحلة الثالثة : وهي الامتحان الكلينكال واللذي يعقد بالطبع في كندا لمن نجح في كلتا المرحلتين السابقتين

تختلف مواد الدراسة في المعادلة الكندية عن الامريكية في انها لا تحتوي على العلوم الاساسية (الاناتومي والبيو .....) كلها كلينيكال
وتختلف مواد الدراسة ايضا في الكندية عن الامريكية في انها تحتوي كل التخصصات بمعنى انها فيها رمد وانف واذن وتخدير وكل حاجة وسوف اسرد المواد حالا

المرحلة الاولى بتسمى : MCCEE = Medical Council of Canada Evaluation Exam
المرحلة الثانية بتسمى : MCCQE1 = Medica Council of Canada Qualifying Exam

اهم عقبة زي ما قلت ان هي اماكن امتحانها خارج مصر .

والعقبة الاصعب بعد كده ان طبعا لازم تكون مهاجر لكندا عشان امورك تبقى اسرع. وبالتالي دخلنا في موال الهجرة وده لوحده بيستغرق 3 سنين.

العقبة الاخرى هي التكاليف حيث ان المعادلة الكندية تعتبر المعادلة الاكثر كلفة في العالم بين المعادلات لعدة اعتبارات منها تذاكر السفر والعودة للدول اللتي سيعقد بها الامتحان بالاضافة الى مصاريف الفيزا ده بالاضافة لمصاريف اجراءات الهجرة.

وطبعا مصاريفك وانت في كندا بتمتحن الكلينيكال. ده كله بيكون على حسابك وفترة الماتشنج هناك شهرين تلاتة كله على حسابك

جزاك الله خيرا على بادرتك الطيبة ..

لكن لما لا تعطينا فكرة مبدئية عن المعادلة الكندية بشكل عام .. عدد الاختبارات .. أسلوب الامتحان .. طريقة التسجيل .. الدول والجامعات العربية المعترف بها .. فرصة الانتساب والتخصصات المتاحة لاحقا .

The MCCEE is designed as a general assessment of the candidate's basic medical knowledge of the principal fields of medicine, including Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Preventive Medicine and Community Health, and Surgery.

The exam is about 324 multiple choice question, taken with paper and pencil. There is no computerized version of the test. It will take 7 hours to administer the test, two 3.5 hour sessions with about a 45 minute to an hour break in between.

The MCCQE Part 1 consists of Multiple Choice Questions and Clinical Reasoning Skills (CRS) Cases, which test medical knowledge of Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Psychiatry, Population Health, Legal, Ethical, and Organizational aspects of Canadian medicine.

The MCCQE Part 1 is a one-day computer-based test. The candidate is allowed up to three-and-one-half (3 1/2) hours in the morning session to complete the 196 multiple-choice questions component.

Four (4) hours are allowed in the afternoon session for the Clinical Reasoning Skills (CRS) component, which
consists of short-menu and short answer write-in questions. The CRS portion consists of approximately 50 to 55 cases, with one (1) to four (4) questions each. For the information how to register go to www.mcc.ca

Hi there:
thanks for the web site u mentioned, and just a new information about canadian system: the evaluating exam, is still a paper and pencil, but in 2008 it will be a computer based exam, the exam now is a 2 sessions , in the same day, each session is 3.5 hour,with a 302 question mcq, the passing score is 250 now, and the mean standard on the new cohort is 271. the rest of informations regarding q1 and q2 are the same.
the big problem with the canadian exams are; even u pass examinations , there is a small chance to get a recidency, unless u are sponsored by the goverment, simply coz the positions for the IMG's are limited, so goverments are buying the positions, and that's why so many people here in canada are pissed off with that, but in the end as they said here it's al about money.
