PROBLEM:
The College of Science distributes student textbooks through an office that employs three (3) staff members [represented by the letters A, B and C]. The office keeps daily information about the service, particularly with regards to timing (in hours, and minutes). The collected data, which contains a maximum 100 records stored in a file named records.txt, where each record consists of a student’s ID, his/her arrival time, the exact time the student was served, and the staff who served him/her.
Write an interactive (a menu driven) C++ program that would help the college analyse the collected data and produce (on demand) statistics about the daily textbook distribution operation.
When executed, the program should provide the following choices and consequent statistics for the user:
[1 point each]
• A list of all available records
• The average waiting time for all students
• A list of all available records for an individual student [prompt to enter a student’s ID]
• The average waiting time for individual students [prompt to enter a student’s ID]
• A list of served students by individual staff [prompt to select the staff]
• The average serving time by individual staff [prompt to select the staff]
Your program must [2 points]
• Be modular, for example: functions to/for:
o Repeatedly display the above choices
o Sorting
o Searching
o Various time calculations
o Displaying information on screen
And [1 point]
• Display all listings in ascending order (sorted according to the user’s choice of field)
• Exit (with a smile) when the user ends the program
There is no sample input/output, so BE CREATIVE [1 point]
