عندي مشكلة تؤرقني جدا في الالعاب ساعدوني

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبعد.........
انا تعبت جدا من الجهاز اللي عندي كل ما احمل لعبة واتعب في تحميلها تضيع كل الجهود اللي ابذلها اخرها نزلت لعبة (nfs carbon) جلست يوم كامل احملها وبعد ما سطبتها يبعتلي رسالة يقوللي :
nfsc_demo.exe has encountered a problem and needs to )close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
if you were in the middle of something . the information you were working on might be lost .
