the best way to improve your english depends on you and what way you prefer to learn.
you can improve your english by listening to english songs and watching tv programs and movies and doing your best not to follow the translation all the time.
You also need to read in english and read alot and try to understand the general meaning from what you read. because reading helps imroving your vocabulary and your writing in an indirect way.
as for the fastest way for improving english, i think it is to join a center for teaching english but you have to remember that nothing can happen so quickly

i agree 100% with you and that's how i've improved my english i'm not claiming that my english is very good...but the english movies and songs were very helpful.
