Windows mobile Vs Windows CE

I've bought an MDA Compact with Win Mobile 2003SE and I found that many softwares work on Windows CE, I just want to know wether I can install Windows CE on my device and what is the difference between Windows CE and Windows mobile

Bon ok , je peux te l'envoyer le winmobile2003SE mais g la rom française et puis il faut que tu fasses tres bien attention pcq tu pourras bien le bousiller ton PDA.

Acualy thier is no deferant between win ce and win mobile
in siple win mobile is =wwince +phone servicies +some
tools like sms office mobile java pdf reader and so on
they are the same
